i-ZEN@Kiara II

i-ZEN@Kiara II forms the Serviced Residence component of a larger integrated development known as 1 Mont' Kiara. This development was the first in Mont' Kiara, to offer a Serviced Residence lifestyle with concierge services, and features a unique living concept combining the comforts of home with a choice of personalised services.

i-ZEN@Kiara II is designed with a unique layout which allocates a separate entrance for one of the rooms, which can be used as a SOHO or an independent Studio apartment. There are options of 2+1 or 3+1 bedroom configuration layouts to choose from for the SOHO design as well as 1 bedroom layouts for those needing smaller units. The development is fitted with a fibre optic backbone and all units are equipped with 2 live data points for office use.
